Once approved for membership (apply above), simply sign into your account and proceed with your order. Your discount rate will automatically be applied on the site at the time of purchase.
Baxter Mill Archive offers two sample sizes: small and large. Depending on your program status you will receive at minimum 50 free small samples with free shipping annually. Select the samples you need and add to cart, qualifying items will be discounted.
Please note that free shipping will only apply if your order contains small samples, items of alternate sizes will incur shipping fees.

No, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement to open a trade account. Minimum purchase quantities are required annually to remain qualified for discount rates.
We also do not have a minimum order requirement for individual orders - you may purchase only what you need for your project.

Yes, because of the quick manufacturing times of our print on-demand model we are able to produce and deliver quantities when required. This allows for purchases and deliveries to be handled in more manageable sizes.
