About this Design
Inspired by a 1930s hand-painted document from the Baxter Mill Archive, Ray - Eudora is part of the Disney | Baxter Mill collaboration collection. The stately ogee framework draws from historic decorative design, while repeating depictions of Ray introduce the warmth and heart that make the character from The Princess and the Frog so memorable. The sweeping movement of the archival pattern echoes the magical nighttime bayou setting where much of Ray's story unfolds. Deep burgundy, chestnut, and antique gold create a rich, dramatic palette.
