About this Design
Central Park from the MARVEL | Baxter Mill collaboration draws its design inspiration from a 1940s wallpaper book preserved in the Baxter Mill Archive. Reinterpreted through an archival lens, repeating trees and scattered florals form a gentle, flowing landscape, with Spider‑Man abstracted within the composition. A palette of soft blue, cream, and sage tones brings a light, archival clarity rooted in tradition.
