About this Design
Parker draws from an early 1900s woven textile preserved in the Baxter Mill Archive within the MARVEL | Baxter Mill collaboration. The design translates this archival inspiration into a layered, geometric repeat, where faceted forms interlock across the surface to establish a measured, architectural rhythm. Subtle references to Spider‑Man, introduced in 1962, emerge through web-like structure. A caramel brown palette shapes a gentle, tonal composition with quiet depth.
