About this Design
Layered with flourishing foliage and scenic vignettes, Ariel - Seaweed celebrates the romance at the heart of Disney's The Little Mermaid. Ariel and Prince Eric appear throughout the design, surrounded by tranquil waterways, grand architecture, and lush botanicals inspired by a 19th century gouache tapestry painting in the Baxter Mill Archive. Created for the Disney | Baxter Mill Collaboration, this palette of sage green, blue, cream, and soft olive lends a fresh, garden-inspired character to the archival design.
