About this Design
Temple Life - Farrow is developed from an early 1960s hand painted gouache textile preserved in the Baxter Mill Archive, where scenic illustration conveyed narrative through pattern. Figures move through lush botanicals recalling the Jedi Temple gardens, with some of the most recognizable Jedi of the Republic hidden throughout. Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Yoda, Mace Windu and several other iconic characters from the Prequel and Clone Wars eras are woven into moments of training and counsel within the Force. Rendered in warm ivory, golden ochre, soft rose clay, and sunlit sand, this design is part of the STAR WARS™ | Baxter Mill collaboration.
